Hilltop Manor is located in the historic town of Eveleth, Minnesota for people age 62 and older and for those younger than 62 who are disabled. The 6-story concrete and brick building is located in a quiet neighborhood with large windows, newly decorated common areas, large 1 bedroom apartments (571 to 593 sq. ft.), laundry facilities on 3 floors, and off-street parking. Each apartment has a walk-in shower. Aides are available at Hilltop, along with church services.

At Hilltop Manor, qualified seniors age 62 and older, or those younger with a disability will pay approximately 30% of their gross monthly income  for rent, which can not exceed the total contract rent.
